The beginning
FLEX was born on June 14th, 1990 from an idea of our CEO Fausto Lucà. He decided to listen the individual needs of consumers. This mission has led our company to reach a very important milestone, 30 years by your side.

1992

Entry into Formula 1 and the first post
The first product launched on the market was TendiFlex. We created many types of them, but we decided to offer TendiFlex Sport to start the collaboration with Formula1.
At the time, inside the first catalogue, the name of the posts was TendiFlex – “Codometro”, such as “Stand in line” which indicated the main function of the product. Flex created an opportunity for all companies and shops that needed to manage pedestrian flows and communicate with simplicity and elegance.

1996

The first display systems
The first display units changed the approach of displaying information. These solutions are still present in banks, public offices and agencies and they were created with meticulous attention to detail. They are the ideal tool for communicate. Flex took the first steps towards sponsoring sports teams.

1998

The birth of the LIGHT PANEL and the CLASSIC line
In 1998 we created the Light Panel, a luminous panel with a suspended structure that allowed to communicate a message thanks to the magic of light. MobilFlex was improved thanks to innovation and continuous research. It was a modular display on wheels, perfect for communication inside buildings.
Our Super Classic post was known as synonymous of order and elegance. In fact, we realized the colored rigid bar enveloped in methacrylate to create a unique and prestigious solution.

Entry into Moto GP
We have been proudly partners of the Moto GP team since 2001. We proposed solutions designed specifically for their needs. In this year, we also attended the Salone del Mobile by defining and showing Flex 's philosophy to the world.

Evolution of light communication
Led Panel was the result of Flex 's research in communication. Our goal was to create a tool capable of generating visual solutions with high expressive impact. The cornerstone of Flex are communication and design and they distinguish us as a quality brand all over the world.

FLEX creates the Mc Laren box
A year of meetings and rediscoveries. There was an exchange of views between our CEO Fausto Lucà and Mc Laren President Ron Dennis. Flex took part in Formula 1 alongside Mc Laren. We created the Mc Laren box taylor made and according to their needs. We studied every proposal in detail.

A new location for new projects
The changes were around the corner, in fact, at the end of this year we moved to the new Flex headquarters where we still are. The satisfaction was great, and this led us to never slow down and to persist in our goals.

The advent of digital and the consolidated partnership with Moto GP
We decided to improve our products and make them more efficient.
Digital solutions were implemented, and a different level of involvement was created in order to guarantee a diversified advertising promotion. Our collaboration with Moto GP has been consolidated and we have become partners of the Fiat Yamaha Team.

Functionality and Design
In 2011 there was the launch of two other products. Our TendiFlex X-stream and Sphere posts. The TendiFlex X-stream is a solution with an attractive and sporty design and it combines the communication function with the manager of pedestrian flows in a single product. The elegant and refined TendiFlex Sphere has a futuristic design. It was designed to allow you to customize your environment in a unique way.

New plus to support customers
The Milan Malpensa airport was one of our longest-serving customers. Here we installed our TendiFlex Sphere. We created a new plus, the magnetic base, in order to make the repositioning of the posts easier.

Technical Sponsor Davis Cup and big projects
In 2019 we became technical partners of the Davis Cup and we proposed our TendiFlex Sphere. The cap can be customized thanks to our sublimation technique that guarantees quality.
Flex created a digital signage and communication project for Al Rajhi Bank Tower, the headquarters of one of the largest financial institution in the Middle East. This led to the use of useful information.
In this way, the use of information and the localization of each individual plan were simplified.

What color do you like?
2020 was an unusual year for everyone.
Despite this, attending the Euroshop fair in Düsseldorf allowed us to present our new products.
Pageant is a functional table display that highlights your communication with new scenarios. ScreenFlex is a digital solution suspended on cables, unique of its kind. We have also renewed our TendiFlex X-stream. It has a linear design and more space to personalize the message.
